About This Opportunity
4S General Contracting Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dependable Asbestos & Fiber Optic Field Technician to support projects throughout Ontario and Manitoba. This role combines hands-on field work, safety-focused operations, and opportunities to develop specialized skills within a growing company.
Candidates should be comfortable working in active construction environments and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assist with asbestos abatement and remediation projects
- Support fiber optic installation and infrastructure work
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulations
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Complete required documentation and reports
- Travel to project locations when required
- Work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
